What I really love about design is the level of creativity that comes with it. No matter the form – architecture, furniture, fabrics, décor – designers don’t have many limitations to how crafty, quirky and sophisticated they can get in their creations.
So celebrate all of creative and unique design across the globe I’m introducing a new reoccurring series to the site: Design or Dazed?
What do you think about this one… real building or fake? Did an architect purposely design this structure to awe or are we just dazed and confused?
Leave your answer in the comments! I’ll be sharing the truth tomorrow, so be sure to check back.
PS. If you know the answer, maybe sit this one out… we don’t want to spoil it for everyone else!
UPDATE:
Got some really great guesses so far, thanks everyone for playing!
This is a REAL apartment complex called the Dolomitenblick House. It’s made from copper-clad and was designed by PLASMA Studio to echo the topography in Italy’s northeast.
Pretty sharp, huh?
