Ty Pennington's Pencils of Promise Fundraiser Update

Well it’s been a long month, especially for my good friend Cee Cee and her mom, BeLinda. If you’ve been keeping up with our Elephants for Guatemala campaign, you might have noticed all of her hard work and dedication to raise money for my Pencils of Promise team. Here’s a breakdown of last month: Cee Cee spoke to two college classes, inspired a university fund raiser, talked on two podcasts, two radio shows AND Skyped with a school about fundraising and Pencils of Promise. Her mom also held a few eBay auctions and they donated a fan favorite to my #1 team, the Atlanta Falcons. Now THAT is pretty awesome.

Obviously Cee Cee’s tiny, knitted creations look small, but their impact is HUGE. And I can’t thank her and her mom enough for the lasting support and genuine kindness. Please take some time to check out Elephants Remember Joplin on Facebook and keep up with Cee Cee and her amazing work.

And stay tuned for the latest update on my PoP team! We’ve raised a total of $23,327 and none of it would have been possible without your support…
